Eat that frog with Pomodoro
This is one of the best technique to build up a person’s focus on something. As someone has rightly said;
“ Productivity is never an accident. It is always the result of a commitment to excellence, intelligent planning and focused effort.”
The Pomodoro timer is a well-known productivity interval that has been shown to improve your productivity. It gives you a prescribed interval of 25 minutes of work followed by a 5-minute break. After 4 work intervals, there is a 15-minute break.
I used this technique to do a task given by one of my neighbors. In my neighborhood there lives a lady health worker. She told me to make an E.D.D chart for her.
So I used this technique to do that task. I after three regular intervals I was able to made that chart.
The experience which I have during first interval was the messages of whatsapp. They distracted me somehow and during second and third interval I put my mobile aside and focused on my work. and here you see how fruitful was my second and third interval.
There was no distraction during second half and third interval.
